I LOVE to paint a LOT. I also LOVE to help others when I can. My heart is called to several causes, but I can’t always give to them all. So in 2020 when my paintings started to sell, I realized I could use this gift to make a change, even if only a small one. I prayed about it, and after discussing it with my husband, we decided that whatever profit I made from selling art, I would donate to one of the organizations we support OR to a charity the buyer felt a strong desire to help.
To date, we’ve donated thousands of dollars to several organizations (see below) AND helped raise money by donating my paintings to Galas and silent auctions. This has been one of the most rewarding parts of the process!
